Our system upgrade this weekend means there will be limits for ATM withdrawals and card purchases. All branches, digital banking and MAC 24 telephone banking will be unavailable over the weekend while we update our systems. Ensure your weekend activities will not be affected by getting cash ahead of time. Find an ATM where you live, work or play!

To-do list: Complete before April 4

Our team and partners are working diligently to make our system upgrade as seamless as possible for you.

There are a few items we need your help with to make the transition a success. Before the transition weekend, Friday, April 4-Monday, April 7:

  1. Review your contact information, please update all out-of-date information. You can do this by logging into online banking, the mobile app or by visiting or calling a UCCU branch.
  2. Have cash on hand. Transaction limits for ATM withdrawals and card purchases will be limited during the system upgrade. Ensure your weekend activities will not be affected by getting cash ahead of time.
  3. Note our new credit card policy. For credit card statements, interest will no longer be applied to the balance on the cycle date, but instead be applied upon payment.
  4. Schedule bill payments and transfers before April 4 or after April 7. Payments and transfers scheduled before April 4 will process normally. However, if you have anything scheduled to pay or transfer during the system upgrade, it will not process until Monday, April 7. We recommend avoiding payments during this time period to prevent disruptions.

QuickBooks
Business owners can link UCCU to their QuickBooks account to automatically download and categorize transactions, all while using security safeguards like password protection, encryption and audit trails to protect your financial information.

Text banking
Get your balance, transfer money, view recent transactions and pending transactions by texting short commands to our texting hotline! Enroll through online banking.

Zelle (coming mid-May)
Zelle is a simple and quick way to send money between you and your family and friends. Send or receive money to split the cost of a group takeout order or pay the babysitter by using a U.S. mobile number or email address, no matter where they bank. Zelle will be available within our online banking and mobile app!

Digital-issue & instant-issue credit cards & debit cards (coming mid-to-late 2025)
If you lose your card, you can get a digital version to use in your digital wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay). You’ll also be able to replace a lost card instantly by visiting your favorite UCCU branch. Your UCCU credit card and debit card will continue to work normally; these are future features available if and when you ever need them.

President’s message

United Consumers Credit Union’s primary goal is to provide value to our members who have accounts and loans with us. We are upgrading our data system, online banking and mobile app in order to continue providing value and supporting your growing financial needs.

Over the first weekend in April, we will enhance the tools our team and members use to improve your user experience. Seeking financial services that will benefit our membership is part of our mission. While this upgrade will involve some change, our team is working hard to make this transition a smooth one.

I’m excited to share a few of the benefits that will come from our system upgrade! To start, our online banking and mobile app platforms will have a new look that will be more consistent between the two and easier to use. Both platforms will have access to bill pay and credit card rewards (if applicable). Additionally, online banking and mobile app users will have one login for all the accounts on which they are listed. We will also have the ability to email receipts to members who make transactions online or in person!

We are eager to share these enhancements with you! There will be more details to come as we get closer to April. Please keep this resource guide on hand, and check our website and social media for the latest information.

Thank you for your membership! You are the reason we have been around for almost 85 years and the reason we will succeed in the future.

Jay Neathery, President
